Is your package delivery delayed?
If your package says delivered but you have not received it, please allow a few more days for delivery. Carriers may be experiencing delivery delays of up to 10 days. Email us at onelove@olcandles.com for more assistance.

Candle Care
Burn within sight - never leave a candle burning unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Trim wick to 1/4" before EACH burn. Keep candle free of foreign materials, including wick trimmings and matches. Only burn candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time, but you should allow enough time for melt pool to reach edges of container to help prevent tunneling. Stop use when only 1/2" of wax remains. Allow candle to completely cool before handling.
Can I cancel my order?
Our mission is to process your order as soon as we receive it and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once orders are received, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders.
Damaged Items
Oh no, did you receive a damaged or broke item? Please take a photo showing the item's label as well as the damaged area of items. Broken items are eligible for replacement once photos have been submitted. Please email these photos to us at onelove@olcandles.com. Please keep all items until you have heard back from us.
*In order to receive a replacement, we do require photos of ALL damaged items.
